Before you enter the Web Conference Room, please view a few instructions below:
1.) You will receive an email with your User Name, Password and a link to download the conference room.
2.) If your conference room does not download immediately, please click the manual download.
3.) Please set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768. This will allow you the MAXIMUM viewing of the conference room. If you need help doing this please click here and watch a very easy tutorial which will explain how to do this.
